Communication strategy for GUCCI
Formulated a communication strategy to bring Environmental Profit & Loss information to the customers. This strategy was built on user-centered design intended for behavioural change of the customer. For this project, in-depth consumer behavioural research, consumer engagement research and study on current trends of imagery and graphic designs were made. This strategy includes different user touch points which resulted in creation of mobile application, website design, packaging design and game design for maximum user engagement. This project was done for finalist submission for the prestigious Kering award. Storytelling was used as a design method for user engagement and for enhancing user experience. Sustainability was the heart of the project and it was meticulously used to design information and interaction.
